I’m a designer, DJ, and educator. I’ve been playing music for over 25 years. I’ve been designing for brands with something to say for ten. And for the past few years, I’ve been building my own. 

Half Japanese, half German, born in Munich. Two Cultures. That’s double lens.

Together with Johannes Lex, I run STUDIO GENERGY™, a design studio for branding and motion design. Our clients range from a 165-year-old Munich department store to international acts and brands in the techno world.

I teach graphic and motion design at Burke Akademie Munich. I believe the act of making matters more than what gets made. The moment you stop learning, you stop growing. 

Since 2026, I build GENJI YOSHIDA™. Clothing, artworks, sond. Human. Machine. Music. 

AI is my tool, not my replacement. What I create feels true. That’s enough for me.
